Dr. Sacha Bhinder studied Microbiology at the University of Toronto and received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in 2005. Dr. Bhinder proceeded to the University of Toronto's Faculty of Medicine, graduating with a Doctor of Medicine in 2009.

After completing residency training in Internal Medicine and Adult Respirology at the University of Toronto in 2014, he established an Adult Respirology practice in Scarborough and is a Staff Respirologist with the Scarborough Health Network. Additionally, he is a Co-Chair of the Medical Education and Research Committee of the three Scarborough Health Network Hospital sites, one of the largest community teaching hospital systems in the province of Ontario.
