Update from Intellectures in response to COVID-19

As we have seen over the last few weeks, the global advancement of COVID-19 has now become a struggle to minimize the impact.

First and foremost, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our medical professionals for all their hard work, as this has affected our entire medical community across the globe. We have been monitoring the situation and understand the stress everyone is under. To ensure we are supporting our community in the best way, Intellectures is continuing to adapt our service and offerings to meet your needs.

In order to meet the needs of our customers during this outbreak, Intellectures has put in place the following initiatives;

For current bookings:

Switching dates or locations:

If you currently have CME booked with us, you can easily switch your dates or location with no penalty. To make changes to your booking:

  1. Email support@intellectures.com with your existing and new lecture series booking details including date and location
  2. Upon receipt, we will switch your lecture series and notify you once completed


If you wish to cancel your current booking, you can do so without penalty. To cancel your booking:

  1. Email support@intellectures.com with your existing lecture series dates and location details
  2. Once processed you will see the refund within seven (7) days, as we are dealing with the high volume at this time
